Visit us in the New Orleans French Quarter at 223 Dauphine St or at our Kenner showroom at 4240 Williams Blvd, Suite 5.

Kenner showroom hours: Wednesday through Saturday, 11 AM to 6 PM. Sunday: Closed.

Walk-in browsing is welcome during regular Kenner showroom hours. Test-ride appointments are strongly recommended because showroom availability may change briefly while scheduled test rides are underway.

Crescent City E-Bike Program

eBike NOLA participates in the program, which offers a $600 general voucher and a $1,200 income-qualified voucher. Applications are scheduled for September 28 through October 12, 2026. The official City application URL is not online yet.

Voucher redemption through eBike NOLA takes place at 223 Dauphine Street, New Orleans, LA 70112. The Kenner showroom is not a Crescent City voucher-redemption location.

Blaupunkt now has U.S. production in Asheville, North Carolina, and the 2026 model is 2 pounds lighter than before, making it even easier to fold, lift, store, and transport. The updated model also brings upgraded electrical components and a more service-friendly design, including sealed connectors and quicker access to key service points, reducing maintenance headaches over time.

Online prices are usually for boxed bikes. They often do not include professional assembly, safety checks, road testing, or local help after the sale.

What’s included when I buy from the bike shop?

Bikes we sell and build include professional assembly, a safety inspection, a road test, and local support. We also include a free service check within the first 90 days.

Why does the shop price cost more than the manufacturer’s website?

Because you are not just paying for a box. You are getting a bike that is set up properly, checked for safety, and backed by a local shop if you need help later.

Can I buy the bike in the box instead?

Yes. If you prefer a boxed bike, we can sell it that way. We just want customers to understand the tradeoff before deciding.

What happens if I buy online and something breaks?

That depends on the bike, the electronics, and the parts involved. We focus our service support on bikes we sell and build, because we know their setup, components, and history.
