Visit us in the New Orleans French Quarter at 223 Dauphine St or at our Kenner showroom at 4240 Williams Blvd, Suite 5.
Kenner showroom hours: Wednesday through Saturday, 11 AM to 6 PM. Sunday: Closed.
Walk-in browsing is welcome during regular Kenner showroom hours. Test-ride appointments are strongly recommended because showroom availability may change briefly while scheduled test rides are underway.

New Orleans E-Bike Incentive Program
The City has notified the first 100 applicants selected for round one. Selection is the first step. Recipients must still complete eligibility-document verification and the required in-person training before receiving a voucher.
This notification update is confirmed through our direct coordination with the City. It is separate from the information published on the City webpage.
The official City page says selected applicants receive a training-registration link after their eligibility documents are verified. Vouchers are issued at the end of the in-person training. Follow your official notification; training dates, verification deadlines and voucher-distribution dates have not been publicly announced. Wait for an issued voucher before purchasing for the program. Prior purchases are not eligible.
Round-one registration is closed. Round two is expected in Spring 2027.
The general voucher is $600 and the income-qualified voucher is $1,200. Sales tax applies to the full taxable purchase price and is not covered by the voucher.
Redeem an issued voucher at 223 Dauphine Street, New Orleans, LA 70112. Kenner is a showroom and test-ride location, not a redemption or repair location.

Round-one registration is closed. The City expects round-two registration to open in Spring 2027. If you were not selected or did not apply, monitor the official program page. Review the City-linked Smart E-Bike Course and organize identification, residency and income-qualification documentation as applicable. Follow the next round’s official instructions before applying; no exact opening date is promised here.
