Professional preparation and local support
You have options. Good ones. We help you choose a bicycle that fits your transportation needs, then prepare it for riding and support it locally. UL 2849 applies to an e-bike electrical system; UL 2271 applies to a battery. These certifications have different scopes and do not eliminate every risk.
Our service department serves bicycles purchased from us. Routine maintenance and repairs are paid services beyond the included adjustment visit. Manufacturer warranty coverage varies by model.
Voucher or no voucher, explore your options

Selected applicants must complete the City process and receive a voucher before purchasing for the program. Voucher redemption takes place at 223 Dauphine Street in the French Quarter. Kenner is a showroom and test-ride location, not a voucher-redemption or repair location.
